ICDX Accommodations
ICDX will be held in The Silver Legacy Resort, which is part of a three-resort complex called "The Row", three distinct but interconnected resorts in downtown Reno.
You are strongly advised to book your room as soon as possible to ensure the congress room-rate is available. The number of rooms at this room-rate is finite and we have very few rooms left in our block. So the earlier you book your room, the better the chance you will have the contracted room-rate.
Room reservations can be made in one of two ways:
We have secured significant concessionary arrangements based upon 70% or greater use of the contracted room block (if the group falls below 70%, these concessionary arrangements will decrease significantly or disappear). As such, we are strongly discouraging other accommodations, as detailed below. Our room rates and the resort fee (which includes in-room and meeting space WiFi, airport shuttle service, covered parking, access to the spa and fitness center, etc.) are significantly reduced.
The rates are significantly lower than those originally estimated and are considered very competitive for the area. The rates are: $70/night for a single, $80/night for a double, plus $10 for each additional person in a room (up to a total of 4 per room), plus $22.70/night "resort fee", $3/night "tourism surcharge”, and taxes.
Through our concessionary arrangements with the venue, meeting and function space is fully included at no cost based upon filling the rooms. Besides these reduced room rates and resort fees, other concessions include a 20% discount on in-house Audio-Visual equipment, vendor tables and linens, hospitality suites, complimentary room nights, upgrades for some rooms, etc.

Note, early arrival and late departure by up to 3 nights are still at reduced rates, but are higher than the rates for the regular meeting dates. We are doing our best to keep these rates down, but we only have a finite number of concessionary-rate rooms for those dates. Please register early to be sure to get the best rate! The rates for 13/23 July are as above, but for the Friday (14/21 July) and Saturday (15/22 July) nights, the concessionary rates (very good for this area on a Friday and Saturday!) as they currently stand are as follows:

Miscellaneous notes
- Reservations received after 24 June 2023 will only be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.
- One adult at least 21 years of age must be in each room in order to check in.
- Check in time is 3:00 PM. Check out time is 12:00 PM. The Silver Legacy will make every effort to accommodate early check-ins based upon availability, or the bell desk will be happy to store your luggage until check-in time.
- Attendees are directly responsible for submitting a first night's deposit at the time they make their reservations.
- Refunds will be issued on individual reservations canceled at least 48 hours in advance of arrival date.
- Written authorization is required to confirm transfer of room deposits on guest name changes.
- On check-in, the Silver Legacy requires a pre-authorization of $25 for each night as a deposit to cover incidentals. (Not charged if there are no incidental charges).
