Registration for Fly School IV is only open to those who received an email from the organizer indicating acceptance to the course. The amount due for your registration is on your acceptance letter.

IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR ONE OF OUR GRANTS TO SUPPORT YOUR PARTICIPATION, PLEASE DO NOT PAY YOUR REGISTRATION FEE UNTIL YOU KNOW THE RESULTS OF YOUR GRANT APPLICATION IN MID-APRIL!

Most of our grants will be used directly to reduce your fees, so if successful, you will receive a new invoice amount for payment.
(You may register now if you are not applying for our grant funding)

The registration fee includes:

• course tuition
• station fees (room and board)
• travel from San José to San Ramón on the first morning, and San Ramón to San José on the last day

To pay by direct bank wire transfer please contact the Society Treasurer with the details of your registration to request an invoice. You can also pay by check or money order.

For electronic payments (credit card and ACH), please use the form below. Our electronic payments are securely processed through iATS Payments. If you get a processing error with the form below, you can go to the direct link to iATS Payments and try again.

To pay by check or money order (made out to "Dipterists Society"), please email the Society Treasurer and mail the check along with a copy of your email acceptance letter and, if applicable, your email indicating your grant amount with the new invoice, to:
