* We have some leeway to reduce or increase our room block into June, so it is critical that all reservations be made far enough in advance so room rates do not increase due to our decreasing the room block. This ability to reduce or increase our room block is critical, since the concessions of the venue are based on our room use, and we have financial liability for unused rooms in our block. Also note, the group's absolute "cut-off" date is 25 June, where after this date remaining rooms in our block are reverted back to the venue for resale, and rates are no longer guaranteed.
